  • Mix eggs, sugar and flour together.
  • Pour egg mixture over rhubarb in the pie pan lined with crust. Cover with top crust. Sprinkle sugar on top crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for about one hour.

Notes

This recipe has been handed down from my great-grandmother and is liked by everyone who has ever tasted it, even a few who said that they did not like rhubarb!
