  • Pound the pork chops to thin wafers, put inside a gallon size Ziploc bag single layer. In a small bowl add Greek vinaigrette dressing, 1/4 cup lemon juice and fresh garlic. Pour over pork cutlets in bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours turning over every hour or so.
  • Cook pork on grill to doneness. Then take the cream cheese and put into bowl with 1 tsp. lemon juice, and garlic powder. Beat this mixture until all is blended. Slightly warm tortillas.
  • Spread tortillas with cream cheese mixture. Add thin cut cucumber sliced lengthwise to top off cream cheese layer. Add grilled pork chop. Roll up and cut into pinwheels. Arrange on plate. Refrigerate about 1 hour and serve chilled.
