  • Drain both cans of green beans and your choice of beans. Cut iceberg lettuce to rings and put in a large bowl.
  • Add tomatoes, shredded carrots, green beans, and your choice of beans.
  • Then mix virgin olive oil, red vinegar, and garlic. Now mix all together. Serve and add the salt and pepper.

Notes

*Great for BBQ's side dishes. You may add more: broccoli, olive, Kraft cheddar cheese shredded, and for a lunch salad add some chop chicken or steak.
