  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease your pan. Warm up the oil in a skillet. Lightly fry the corn tortillas on both sides (as soon as it starts to bubble, flip it over). Layer them on paper towels as you go.
  • In a mixing bowl combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, green chilies, milk, and pepper.
  • Spread a little of the mixture in the very bottom of the pan. Layer 6 tortillas on top. Then a layer of the mushroom combo. A layer of cheese on top of that. Layer 2 more times with the tortillas, sauce and cheese. Cover with a greased piece of foil.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.

Special Equipment Needed


If you are in the mood for meat, just add 1 lb. of ground beef to the mixture of cream of mushroom.
