  • 1. Place 2 cups of boiling water and orange Jell-O into blender or mixing bowl. Bend until gelatin is dissolved.
  • 2. Add cream cheese into orange gelatin mixture and blend until there are no lumps in the cream cheese.
  • 3. Pour orange gelatin/cream cheese mixture into baking pan.
  • 4. Stir in drained crushed pineapple and marshmallows.
  • 5. Cover with Cool Whip being careful to cover all areas.
  • 6. Refrigerate until orange mixture is set.
  • 7. Place two cups of hot water in a bowl. Add green Jell-O and stir until it is dissolved. Add one ice tray (about two cups) of ice cubes into the gelatin and stir until gelatin begins to thicken. Remove excess ice cubes.
  • 8. Gently pour or spoon green Jell-O over the top of the Cool Whip being careful not to allow the green Jell-O to break through to the orange Jell-O mixture.
  • 9. Refrigerate until green Jell-O is firm.
