  • In a small non-stick frying pan, melt one pat of butter. Top one slice of raisin bread with one slice of cheese and place in the pan, top with the other slice of raisin bread.
  • Slowly brown one side, add the second pat of butter and flip the sandwich to slowly brown the other side to an ooey gooey golden brown.
  • Cut in quarters at a diagonal, garnish with a few grapes or apple slices and you have a great breakfast.

Special Equipment Needed


For fewer calories, try whole wheat raisin bread, and margarine instead of butter. For a change, try Kraft Swiss Singles, it is really good too.
