Grilled Chicken with Add-Ons

  • Wash and remove fat from chicken. Grill on medium heat until done. Place on cookie sheet and put 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce on each breast.
  • Put 1 slice or 2 of ham (depending on how thick you like it), 2 or 3 slices of bacon, and top with cheese.
  • Place in heated oven (about 350 degrees) until cheese is melted. Top with chopped tomatoes and onions.

Special Equipment Needed


I had this once in a restaurant and it was so good I had to make it myself with a few changes. ie: grilled onions instead of chives and our choice of cheese. It is so good that the whole family cleans their plate! It is great reheated for leftovers but I like to add a touch more BBQ sauce when I do that. We serve it with Au Gratin Potatos and Corn on the Cob. Enjoy!!
