  • Crumble bread (does not have to be dried, can be fresh). EXCEPT the butter and gravy, add all ingredients.
  • With a knife, slightly deepen the cut on the chops. Stuff mix into chops. Place 1/4 tsp. of butter on top of mixture. Fold chop over & may need to seal with toothpick. DO NOT USE colored toothpick. If stuffing is too much, then cook on the side. Sprinkle sage on top of meat.
  • Grill approx. 20 minutes or until meat is done. Follow packet inst. on gravy & pour over meat & serve immediately.

Special Equipment Needed

I personally grill this on my George Forman grill & it tastes great!!! I usually have extra stuffing & I just make a little tray out of foil & place extra stuffing in it on the grill also. If it is not completley done it will be finished cooking once zapped in the microwave as leftovers. Also, if accidentally add butter in mixture it is no big deal. It will still taste the same. SIDE SUGGESTIONS: Mashed potatos, with the gravy poured on top also & green beans!! DON'T HAVE AN HOUR?? Prepare the meat with stuffing ahead of time & throw on grill when ready . . . Use boxed flovored mashed potatoes like Sour Cream & Chives - makes in 4 min. in microwave . . . and use canned green beans which take about 2 min. in microwave.
