  • Wash jalapeno peppers, cut off the top, slice in half and remove the seeds. Place on a sheet of foil on a cookie sheet that fits on your grill. Put approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of Philadelphia Cream Cheese inside each jalapeno half, it depends on the size of the jalapeno - put a healthy amount in each one. Take the 1/2 slice of bacon and wrap it around the jalapeno/cream cheese and secure it with a toothpick.
  • Place each popper with the cream cheese side up on the foil lined pan.
  • Grill approximately 5 minutes on medium heat turning once the bacon is crisp and grill 5 minutes longer. Gently remove from the pan and serve immediately.
