Grilled Lemon Pepper Garlic Dill Salmon

  • Place your salmon on aluminum foil. Add 1/4 of the finely minced garlic, 1/4 of the freshly course ground black pepper, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon or put the rings over the salmon.
  • Place a sprig of dill on top of the lemons. Place bell pepper slice on top of the dill, then the onion sliced into rings covering the salmon wrap tightly. Then wrap in a second piece of foil tightly. Repeat for each salmon steak.
  • Place on BBQ at about 350°F for 10-15 minutes per side or till desired taste. Open foil and serve immediately.
