  • Take 4-6 salmon fillets and put on aluminum foil.
  • Top with salt, pepper, and sliced onion and lemon. Cover each fillet with brown sugar.
  • Grill approx. 20 minutes. When skin burns to foil, add butter to top of each fillet and grill another 10-15 minutes.

Notes

I grill the salmon open, but you can cover with foil if desired.
