  • 1. Mix soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  • 2. Marinate chicken wings for 15 min. stirring often.
  • 3. Grill, covered, over medium heat until golden, 10-15 minutes. Turn often.
  • 4. In small bowl, combine honey and Hoisin sauce.
  • 5. Using a pastry brush, generously glaze wings with honey and Hoisen sauce.
  • 6. Continue to grill, turning often, until glaze starts to caramelize, about 5 minutes more. Be careful not to burn glaze.
  • 7. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
