  • Using a slice of aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Slice up the squash, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Lay that on the sprayed foil. Slice the mushrooms in quarters. Close foil up and crimp it to seal as much as possible.
  • Put it on the grill with your meats. The veggies do not take more than 20 min to cook.

Also, take one large potato, slice that up, add seasonings, put that in another sprayed foil and put that on the barbecue with the veggies and meat. The veggies do not take more than 20 min to cook and the potatoes about 25 minutes. Just turn the packets a few times during the cooking process. Dishes will be all that is left to wash, dry and put away with forks and glasses!
