This is one of the easiest recipes I make. It smells wonderful baking. I usually make two of these at a time. I bake one and freeze one uncooked.
Also, when unthawing the spinach in the refrigerator, put it in a bowl so that the liquid that comes out of the boxes stays in the bowl ~ not all over your shelves.
To bake the frozen pie, unthaw in the refrigerator overnight and bake as above.
