  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Cut the ham into chunks and shred it in a food processor. Mix the ground ham, pork, eggs, milk and bread crumbs in a medium bowl. The mixture will be on the wet side. Roll into balls about the size of golf balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 55 minutes.
  • SYRUP: combine the vinegar, brown sugar and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, or until the mixture has reduced to a thick syrup.
  • Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush with the syrup. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the meatballs are nicely glazed, but don't let the glaze burn onto the baking sheet.
