  • Boil potatoes until tender. Mash potatoes with a fork to form a thick puree.
  • Take heaping Tablespoon of the potatoes and form a shell in your hand. Fill the shell with ham and cheese and cover with potato to form a ball. Repeat process until you run out of ingredients. Pass the ball through bread crumbs, eggs and then bread crumbs again. Let cool for a few minutes.
  • In a deep pan bring oil to 375 degrees, about 4 inches of it. Make sure you have more space between the line of the oil and the top of the pan. Place the potatoes in the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve warm as and appetizer of snack. It can be used as breakfast also.
