  • Cook ham at 250°F for 3 to 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches about 130°F.
  • First use a basting brush the "paint" the mustard on the ham, cover well.
  • Then sprinkle the brown sugar from the top of the ham down, using your other hand to lightly pat the brown sugar to the ham.
  • Next, using a sprayer, spritz the ham lightly with bourbon.
  • Last, pulverize the ginger snaps in a food processor, sprinkle the pulverized ginger snaps onto the ham. Use a heavy cover of ginger snaps. Replace the ham in the oven, but, turn up the oven to 350°F and bake for about an additional hour or until the internal temp reaches 140°F.
