  • Spread cream cheese (about 1/4 inch thick) on whole surface of l slice of ham. Lay a green onion the length of ham slice. Roll ham slice up with cheese and onion inside. Repeat this, for 4 more slices of ham.
  • Place 5 rolls in refrigerator to firm up and cool. Rolls should be refrigerated for approx. 3-4 hours to firm up.
  • When ready to serve, remove rolls from fridge and slice into 1/4 inch rounds (8-10 rounds from each roll).

Special Equipment Needed


Cream cheese can be regular, 1/3 less fat, fat free or a combination of all three. Spreadable cream cheese should not be used for it will not set up firm enough.
