  • Brown your ground beef in a skillet you have a lid to. Drain the grease.
  • Put back in skillet and add the MINUTE Rice, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Cover and turn off burner. Leave for 5-7 minutes. Stir and serve.

Special Equipment Needed


Salt and pepper of course are optional seasonings. If you are in a hurry, the empty soup can is the right size to measure your rice and your water (2 cans full of MINUTE Rice and one can of water). If you add more ground beef than 1 1/2 lb. you may need to add a little more water.
