  • 1. In 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, melt butter, add Pina-Pineapple Kool-aid, sugar, brown sugar and water. Heat until sugar and brown sugar are melted, stirring frequently.
  • 2. Add ham slice, cook 5 minutes on both sides.
  • 3. Put ham slice on heated platter, keep warm.
  • 4. Remove skillet from heat. Cut bananas into 1-1/2 inch chunks. Add bananas to sugar mixture in the skillet.
  • 5. Cook over medium heat, basting bananas with sauce, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • 6. Carefully spoon bananas around ham slice on platter. Spoon sauce in skillet over ham and bananas. Serve immediately.

Special Equipment Needed


If serving more people, you can always add another ham slice and a couple more bananas.
