  • Mix turkey, stuffing, Worcestershire, jerk seasoning, salt, parsley, onion and 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce in a large bowl
  • Shape patties and grill until no longer pink in the middle. (Works great on inside electric grills) During last 2 minutes of cook time on grill coat both sides with BBQ sauce.
  • Mix 1 tsp. crushed pineapple with equal parts BBQ sauce for each burger for topping.

Special Equipment Needed


I choose to use the crushed pineapple with BBQ sauce instead of pineapple rings just so it is different from other Hawaiian burger recipes. It also doesn't take away from the taste of the burger. Also, I recommend using an inside electric grill. Ground turkey falls apart easier than ground beef and has a tendency to break off and fall down into a charcoal grill when you flip the patties.
