  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet or mini cupcake pan with fat free cooking spray. In a food processor or chopper, chop imitation crab meat, onion, and scallions until minced. In a mixing bowl, combine minced crab, onions, scallions with cream cheese. Stir in sugar (optional).
  • With tablespoon, spoon crab mixture into center of wonton wrapper. Pinch 4 corners to center and place on baking sheet. When sheet is full, lightly spray tops of crab rangoons with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.


Refrigerate leftovers. Can be re-heated in oven.
