  • Heat up olive oil in a large skillet. Under medium heat add sliced onions, peppers and mushrooms. Saute about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cover for 5 more minutes.
  • Place sliced pita on baking sheet. On one piece of pita, place sauteed veggies and top with Kraft Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is melted (approximately 5 minutes at 300 degrees F). Take out of oven and put the other piece of pita on top. Enjoy.

If you don't want to eat this as a sandwich, you can cut it up and dip in marinara sauce and eat as an appetizer.
