One serving is two pancakes. They are totally healthy made this way.
You are welcome to use regular cottage cheese and regular sugar, but it will up the fat and calories in the recipe.
If you use a large skillet, the pancakes will be very thin. If you use a small egg size skillet, the pancakes will be thicker.
LOVE these!!! My husband and I have been using this recipe for over 2 years now! Even my 5 year old loves them! Also great to spread a little natural peanut butter on top! Thanks for this great recipe!
