  • Mix the dry ranch dressing dip into the tub of sour cream and put in fridge.
  • Put sugar snap peas in strainer, rinse, and take out and let air dry.
  • Place woven wheat crackers on plate in single flat layer using as many as you want. Spread the ranch dressing dip onto the crackers and place one sugar snap pea on top. Serve immediately.

This is great for a lite middle of the day snack. My roomates and I made this up and we eat them by the pool with a big glass of iced tea. The taste is sweet, lite and crunchy.
