  • Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl (including raisins). Add liquid ingredients (including egg & mashed banana). Stir gently until evenly mixed (do not over stir).
  • Place in muffin papers in muffin pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

Also instead of muffins, oil loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 min (or until toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean). Cool, slice, serve, and enjoy!
