If you want to make several small pizzas as opposed to one large one, just divide the dough into equal size balls after it has risen and been kneaded. Each individual ball of dough will form a separate pizza crust.
You can also use different veggies for your pizza. Try slicing up some cooked chicken breast and adding that to your pizza for some extra protein. The possibilities are endless!
If you do choose to use spinach, make sure it is FRESH!!! Canned or frozen spinach just doesn't taste as good and has lost some of its vitamins and minerals.
