  • Melt the syrup, brown sugar and peanut butter together slowly over medium heat, stirring fairly often. Don't let it stick to the bottom. Add Rice Krispies. Mix well. Pat into a 9x13 buttered pan. Chill.
  • Beat 5 Tbsp. butter, dry pudding mix and milk. Add powdered sugar (you can add up to 2 Tbsp. milk more if it's too thick). It should be about like frosting, it will be pretty thick. Spread on bars and chill again.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and the 4 Tbsp. butter slowly in the microwave or over low heat. Spread or drizzle on bars and chill once more (it needs to set for at least 20 minutes).
  • Take out of the fridge and let warm up just a bit before you try to cut and serve. Cut into SMALL bars.
