This is a family favorite! You can make it Mexican by adding a dash of cumin and a sprinkle of chili seasoning, and you can leave the basil or delete it to subtlety change the flavor. To make it have a Greek flavor simply add a dash of nutmeg. You can also change the type of cheese to enhance your flavoring, or give it a new twist!
With a slice of crusty bread, it is truly a complete and satisfying meal.
