  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together cake mix, pudding, sugar, vegetable oil, and water in a mixer at medium speed. Next add each egg individually mixing well after each one. After eggs are well mixed, blend in sour cream. Last stir in mini chocolate chips!
  • Spray Bundt pan with "Bakers Joy with flour" so that the cake comes out perfectly! Pour batter evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for approximately 1 hour. To see if cake is cooked through, stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean then it is ready.

Special Equipment Needed


For added decoration sift powdered sugar on top of the cake after cooled completely! Looks very festive for the holidays, looks like snow! For somewhat of a low fat recipe, you can use sugar free pudding, and light or fat free sour cream, although it might not be as tasty.
