  • Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add and saute chicken chunks. Cook until done.
  • Add cans of tomatoes. Gradually add un-whipped whipping cream to desired thickness. Simmer on low.
  • Add cooked bowtie pasta, toss and serve warm with green salad and Texas Toast.
