  • Combine the herbs and the Shake n' Bake well. Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and cook according to package.
  • While cooking, slice the roasted red peppers into strips. Combine the Dijon mustard and the Kraft mayo together. Set aside.
  • After cooking and cooling the chicken for 5 minutes, cut into chunks. Add the chicken and roasted red peppers onto the skewers. Serve with the dipping sauce on a large platter. Best served room temperature.

    This recipe was awesome! The chicken had a great taste and crunch and looked so pretty on the skewers with the roasted red peppers. We are planning on serving it at our next party! :) We might just put them on decorative toothpicks instead of skewers because it was a lot of food (at least for an appetizer). The dipping sauce was also excellent!!! Thank you!
