  • Line your roasting pan with aluminum foil. Pour your olive oil into the pan and spread it around evenly to coat. Slice your sausage into 1/2 slices and lay in the pan. Add sliced apples to the bottom of the pan.
  • Mix your fresh herbs with the softened butter. Separate the skin from the breast and spread 1/2 of the butter and herb mixture. Replace the skin. With a basting brush, spread a thin layer of the butter and herb mixture to baste. Lay the turkey breast, skin side up over the apples and sausage.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Baste turkey every 1/2 hour for added flavor. Remove foil for the last half hour to brown the skin. Enjoy!
