  • Combine the cake mix, mandarin oranges, egg whites and unsweetened applesauce into a bowl and beat for 2 minutes on low speed. Put the mixture into a 13x9 pan (sprayed with cooking spray).
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Then let the cake cool.
  • Combine the JELL-O Instant Vanilla Pudding and the crushed pineapple in a bowl and mix well. Fold in the COOL WHIP. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake, then refrigerate.
