  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a pizza pan or cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Place pita bread on pan and add pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce to cover. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. Add veggies and meat in small diced amounts. Cover with mozzarella.
  • Bake until cheese starts to turn golden or brown.

Notes

Can control calories by adding more veggies and less cheese and skipping the meat.
