  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare pie crust (if frozen let it stay out to thaw).
  • Beat sugar, margarine, corn syrup, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and eggs with hand beater. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
  • Bake until set, 40 to 50 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Refrigerate any remaining pie immediately.

Notes

Do-ahead Tip: After baking, refrigerate pie 2 hours. Freeze uncovered at least 3 hours. Wrap and return to freezer. Store no longer than 1 month. When ready to use unwrap pie and thaw in refrigerator 20 minutes.
