  • Chop onions and garlic and simmer until cooked through with some butter/oil.
  • Add hamburger, brown and drain. (I add a little seasoning while the meat is cooking.)
  • Add noodles and remaining ingredients to meat mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer on low until noodles are done. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.


If you are using venison, I cut it up before I put it in pan to cook and I add water to cover until meat is tender, this will get rid of "gamey" taste. If you have cooked with venison before, you know this procedure very well!! We have a vegetable and buttered bread or buns on the side! This is a quick and easy dish that the whole family will love. (I cooked it for my parents and they called me a week later for the venison recipe!!)
