Special Equipment Needed

This recipe won 2nd place in the 2006 South Dakota Beef Cook-Off Contest held in Pierre on June 10, 2006. This recipe is great to dump left over veggies in with the cooked hamburger mixture. Also great to use up the leftover holiday stuffing! Anything goes with this basic dish....have fun adding the extras to make this truly a one of a kind dish!!
