  • Mix in a small bowl salt, pepper, Kraft Mayonnaise, Wocestershire sauce and mustard.
  • Slice the French bread but not all the way, so that your fillings won't go all over your pan. To both of your bread slices add the mayo mixture.
  • To the bottom half of the French bread place in the following order: shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, mortadella slices(optional), bologna, Monterey Jack cheese and ham. Close and cut diagonally into 4 even pieces.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan and add butter (just enough to coat the bottom). Place the sub slices and turn when side is golden brown. You will know when to remove when your cheese has melted. Serve with sour cream.

Special Equipment Needed


Make it "Cuban style" by adding avocado slices and placing heavy pan on top of your subs while they are cooking. Press Hard!!
