  • After you've prepared a recipe of your favorite Crepe mixture, in a separate bowl combine the following: honey, cottage cheese and chopped fresh dill.
  • Cook each crepe as your recipe directs. After removing each from the pan, place some of the honey/cottage cheese/dill mixture in the center and roll each crepe up. Dust with the XXX-fine sugar.
  • Serve cool, cold, or warm. Make more cheese/honey/dill mixture as needed. Taste the first one yourself, adjust mixture as needed (a little dill goes a long way).


These are very good and will disappear before arrival at the table; so, make them when no one else is around. Also, instead of dusting them with the XXX-fine sugar, you can drizzle a little honey on each one. You'll be surprised at how elegant such a simple combination of ingredients taste.
