  • Pour milk in a small bowl and add bread. Make sure bread absorbs thoroughly. Squeeze out all access milk, put bread aside.
  • Spray the bottom of a small frying pan with Pam. Place onions and garlic in pan and sauté for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until they start to brown.
  • Place chicken in bowl and mix in bread, piece by piece. Mix in onions and garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Make small patties approximately ¾” thick. Coat with bread crumbs.
  • There are two ways to proceed:
  • 1. Place a little oil at the bottom of a pan, when oil is hot, place patties in oil and fry till browned turn and fry other side. Coating will become crispy.
  • 2. Place patties in a greased oven safe pan and bake till top browns. Turn and brown other side.
