  • Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground beef; drain. Place in large mixing bowl.
  • Add cooked spinach and shells. Add oil, egg and bread crumbs. Mix. Then add spices, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Top with desired amount of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.


This recipe is great for kids. My son hates spinach, but loves it in this dish. He will ask me to make it once a week. You can substitute ground turkey for the ground beef to cut back on calories and fat. I also serve this with a side salad and garlic bread from the grocery store bakery.
