  • Tear angel food cake into large chunks. Lay 1/2 of the cake into the bottom of a clear glass bowl.
  • Make pudding using 1/3 cup LESS milk than called for on the box. Mix 1/2 cup of whipped topping into the pudding using a hand mixer. Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over cake. Top with remainder of cake. Top with remainder of pudding.
  • In separate bowl, mix creamer and remaining topping using a hand mixer until shinny and smooth. The whisk attachment works best for this. Using the back of a spoon or a flexible spatula smooth mixture over pudding. Garnish with a sprinkling of powdered cocoa or chocolate milk powder. Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to ensure pudding sets up.


Any creamer flavor can replace Irish Cream creamer. This also works well when poured into individual dessert dishes to set up. Everytime I make it there are no leftovers!
