  • Clean and pat dry the chicken breasts. Pound the breasts out to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Put 2 ounces ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each breast, and roll up tight. Hold each chicken breast closed with a toothpick. Dip the chicken into the Italian dressing then coat with Italian breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in a 350ºF oven till chicken reaches an internal temp of 165ºF.

    This recipe was great! For people who want something a little different or don't like swiss cheese, try adding shredded cheddar in the middle and adding a couple tablespoons of parmesan cheese and garlic powder to the bread crumb mixture. I made this recipe this way the first time and it was wonderful, but my boyfried does not like swiss, so I tried something a little different!
