  • Slice Italian sausages into bite size pieces. Fry over med. heat with garlic, until browned. Add celery, carrots, mushrooms, and onions, saute until onion is translucent.
  • While sausage, carrots, onions, and mushrooms are cooking, in a bowl mix soup, sage, and water until creamy. Add soup mixture to meat and vegetables, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • While this is warming, boil water for noodles and cook noodles for about 7 - 8 minutes until cooked. Pour soup and meat mixture over noodles.

My husband and I prefer a small tossed salad, and crescent rolls to finish off meal. Enjoy.
