  • Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions, carrot, and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 10 minutes.
  • Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until opaque, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are blended and the chicken is cook through, about 10 minutes.


Serve with whole-wheat penne (2/3 cup cooked penne for each serving) and Kraft 100% Parmesan lightly sprinkled on top.

    I'm planning to make it soon. It sounds easy and sounds very appetizing! It won't take long to get ready for lunch or supper & with an Italian salad it will be just perfect.
