  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Split the chicken breasts (or leave whole for 2 servings). Lightly salt the chicken on both sides.
  • Put flour in one shallow plate and bread crumbs in another. Coat each breast in flour, dip in water, and then coat in bread crumbs (repeat for a thicker crust skipping the flour step). Brown the breast in hot skillet with olive oil.
  • In non-stick baking dish (glass works best), place 1/2 Tbsp. butter for each chicken breast and 1 Tbsp. of garlic. Place browned chicken on top of butter and garlic. Add another 1/2 Tbsp. of butter and 1 tbsp of garlic on top of each chicken breast. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
