  • Take Oreos, break up into chunks. (You can keep the filling if you like, if not just scrape out) Keep about 8 or 10 Oreo Cookies whole for the bottom of pie plate.
  • Make sure ice cream is soft but not melted. Take whole Oreos and split them in half and put filling side down on the bottom of plate. Then take some ice cream and cover Oreos. Repeat with crushed Oreos then ice cream until both the ice cream and Oreos are gone. If the ice cream starts to melt put both in freezer for about an hour.
  • Once finish, cover and freeze overnight. Once frozen solid, take a knife and cut into individual slices and serve. Can garnish with mint leaf, whipped topping or an Oreo.
