  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While dough rises, cook ground beef until browned, and drain fat. Cook bacon in a separate pan to desired crispness, and let it drain on paper towels. Then cut up the bacon into bite-size pieces.
  • I always flour or grease the bottom of the pizza pan, but that's up to you. Roll pizza dough out into the shape of your pan (I usually make a rectangle shape to fit a baking sheet), and place onto pan. Squirt ketchup onto the pizza dough and spread, like you would with tomato sauce. Then spread entire bag of cheddar cheese, and top with hamburger and pieces of bacon.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!


You can use as much or as little ketchup as you like. At first, I wasn't so sure I'd like all that ketchup on my pizza, but it's really great, and it gives it that tangy, real burger taste! Give it a shot! You can add whatever burger toppings you like, including onions, peppers, different cheeses, etc.
