  • Mix together well the cake mix, French vanilla pudding, eggs, oil and milk. Pour into three 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
  • For the frosting, cream together cream cheese and granulated sugar. Add confectioners' sugar and Cool Whip. Mix until smooth.
  • Frost cake. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top of cake. Shave the chocolate bar over the top of the syrup. Refrigerate.

Preferred but optional: After the cake layers have cooled you may split the layers to end up with a 6 layer cake. There will be plenty of frosting to frost six layers.

I took this to work for a 'name potluck' b/c it's the only recipe I found with J (my name starts with J). Everyone loved it and asked me to make it again the following week. It was a hit both times! It was easy to make and quick, too!

I did not make this recipe, but my friend did! It was pretty good. I would highly recommend it.
